Women and Weights Workshop

An event every week that begins at 7:00pm on Sunday, repeating until October 28, 2018
This weekly workshop will focus on developing proper form and confidence for women in the weight room, breaking down the barriers that women sometimes face when weight training, misconceptions, and benefits will be explored. This workshop will be hands on so come dressed to lift weights! We will also talk about basic programming for weight training and fitness goals. The workshop will be meeting every Sunday in October in the Carter Gym Weight Room.
