Ministers’ Health Summit – Virtual Event
June 4 @ 8:00 am - June 5 @ 4:00 pm
Join us for the Ministers’ Health Summit!
The 2020 Ministers’ Health Summit is a two-day event that promotes wellness, self-care and education for ministers, and offers ideas to promote healthy lifestyle habits for themselves and the people they serve. During this time of crisis and uncertainty, ministers find themselves in the difficult place of serving others and taking care of themselves. Perhaps now more than ever, these resources on wellbeing are needed to prioritize self-care and sustain a healthy ministry.
Virtual Summit Information
To make the 2020 Ministers’ Health Summit available to as many ministers as possible, this year’s event will be a virtual event. This is a time of financial uncertainty for many, therefore, this year’s event will be available at no charge to participants. Individuals will need to register for the event in order to receive the link to the event page where the sessions and other important information will be hosted.
On Thursday, June 4th, participants will have the opportunity to view session videos on the event website. These videos will include information on spiritual, mental, physical, and financial wellbeing. There will also be a virtual yoga/mindfulness session that participants can take part in on the day of the event. On Friday, June 5th, session speakers will be available at various times throughout the day to answer follow-up questions from the sessions presented on Thursday, June 4th.
If you have questions about the virtual event, please call the Divinity School Office at (910) 893-1830 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
