Academic Skills Workshop: Just Relax!

With the semester coming to an end, the stress on campus can be high! Final exams are approaching and we know that you want to do your best. However, stress can sometimes sabotage our best plans for success. Join us to learn about ways to reduce stress while preparing for your exams. We want to see you finish the school year strong and stress free!
The workshop will be held in Room 224 of Wiggins Memorial Library and facilitated by Success Coaches: Alanna Swett, Jeanie Davies, and Eleanor Allen.
