Annual Prevatte Lectures

The annual lecture series brings scholars from around the country and world to deliver lectures on a wide variety of topics that are related to evangelism, biblical studies, and preaching.

This year’s Prevatte lecturer is Dr. Matthew Schlimm. Dr. Schlimm’s research topics include Genesis, Exodus-Deuteronomy, biblical emotion, biblical theology, biblical ethics and violence. He is a Professor of Old Testament at University of Dubuque Theological Seminary.
